VILLA STYLE
Villa Awang has been meticulously crafted to present luxury modern living yet accented with traditional style such as the Balinese style gate, the ornamental palimanan wall, and sort of stylish artworks. Flowing with the land contour, the villa is set leveled with the living area and the master bedroom are on the top of the ‘L’ shape building, further down the three bedrooms with a large pool, and set discreetly at the lowest compound the kids’ pool with barbecue area and bale to relax and enjoy the breathtaking seascape.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
An adorable Balinese style gate and the garden lead to exclusive vicinity of the top of Villa Awang which occupying 2 000 m2 of land. Entering the villa, the living area is impressive, set on the upper floor along with dinning area and kitchen on the left side and further a concealed staff area. Fitted to arrange an outdoor dinning or small function, a spacious wooden balcony is set in front of this compound with lotus pond at the corner, where the master bedroom is conveniently set further. The master bedroom is elegant featuring en-suited bathroom and dressing with private balcony overlooking to the pool and to the sea.
A sleek wooden stair between the living and dinning leads down to the lower level where the main pool is set. One bedroom is on the right side featuring a unique designed bathroom with view to the pool and further to the sea. The left side of the compound consists of guest lavatory, and a media room with large LCD TV. Following the ‘L’ shape structure, the two bedrooms are arranged side by side with shared daybed, each with en suited bathroom and direct access to the pool.
The lowest level of the villa is featuring garden with kids’ pool completed with water feature, well equipped barbecue area, a bale to relax on the other side, and the staircase leading to the beach.

At your full service, one manager is supervising eight staffs including one cook, four housekeepers, one gardener and maintenance, three securities guards.
